Whew! Complete at last. The next step from my previous movie poster based on the first Metal Gear game. This is for Metal Gear Solid as you can see from the title.

Holy crap, this took long! Mostly because I did it every now and then in short sessions. I lost track of the hours.

Most people probably recognize the characters and for those of you who don't, shame on you. Everyone knows this game, and everyone has their own opinion on who should play the characters if a movie was made(it is apparently still in the progress of pre-production). This is my take on the matter.

Main Cast:

Solid Snake - Michael Biehn. As it was in my first poster.
Liquid Snake - Michael Biehn. Du-uh! Clone baby!
Hal Emmerich - Chris Gorham. Just the right mix of pretty boy and geek.
Meryl Silverburgh - Tea Leoni. Possibly because I found such a nice picture of her.
Revolver Ocelot - Lee Van Cleef. Ain't no other! He's always been Ocelot.

I also put some thought on some of the other cast members:

Vulcan Raven - The Rock. Mandatory wrestler/actor.
Colonel Campbell - Richard Crenna. Just like last time.
Mei Ling - Zhang Zhiyi. A pretty asian girl. What did you expect?
Big Boss - SEAN CONNERY! Appearing in flashbacks of course.

I used the corresponding actors as reference as well as some game art. Credit for the Metal Gear REX blueprints in the back go to Yoji Shinkawa.
