Had some time to kill at work and sketched some T'lan Imass from Steven Eriksons books I'm reading right now. Phenomenal book series that Malazan Book of the Fallen.

FYI the T'lan Imass are a kind of undead neanderthal race wielding large unbreakable flint swords.

Pencil and ink on crappy paper.

I read the first one of those, and it was fucking awesome. I've just remembered that I intended to carry on, and that I'd forgotten! Thank you! I shall continue at the first opportunity.

In terms of the drawing; awesome work mate. You captured the image pretty damn well. Sorry I've not been online much lately, had a girlfriend. :P

You should start reading them books again. My cousin urged me to start on the first one and now I'm on the third book and hungry for more.

What does having a girlfriend got to do with online time? I've got a girlfriend and she certainly doesn't stop me from using deviantArt.

Yes. What I meant was, that collect some of your hard work you've done there into a portfolio and look for a better job in some other ad-agency that will pay more. You're just waiting to get stabbed in the back someday there by your boss.
